First Congress of Oncologists of the Union of Turkic-Speaking States

The First Congress of Oncologists of Turkic-Speaking States will be held in Baku on June 13-14, 2025. The Congress is organized by the National Center of Oncology of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and aims to strengthen scientific collaboration in oncology among Turkic-speaking countries.

The Congress will provide a valuable platform for discussing the organization of oncology service in participating countries, sharing experience and jointly addressing key challenges in oncology. The event will widely discuss topics related to clinical oncology, diagnostics and treatment of oncological diseases.

We cordially invite oncology professionals, researchers, and healthcare providers to participate in the congress. You are invited to submit abstracts for oral presentations or poster sessions. Accepted abstracts will be published in the Congress Abstract Book.

Participation in the event and abstract submission are free of charge.

To Submit an Abstract:

1. Create a Personal Cabinet by providing your information via the following link: http://aoc.com.az/?lang=az&smode=uzvol

2. Once your Personal Cabinet is created, log in to the website using your email address and password

3. Click the Submit an Abstract button in the menu that appears after logging in, and upload your abstract by filling in the required fields

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Abstracts can be submitted via the website http://aoc.com.az/?lang=en&smode=uzvol

  • Language: Azerbaijani or English
  • Length: Up to 2,500 characters (including spaces)
  • Formatting: Times New Roman, font size 11
  • Title and authors: Clearly indicate the abstract title, full names of all authors, and their affiliated institutions.
  • Content structure: The abstract should include the following sections: relevance, purpose, materials and methods, results, conclusion.
  • Deadline for submission: March 31, 2025.
